Majestic Palace

Built between 1906 and 1909, the ‘Majestic Palace Hotel’ in Nice is located at the very beginning of the famous Boulevard de Cimiez. An impressive achievement by the Architect Jules Fevre, it offered travellers its 400 rooms, designed and built in the purest Art-Deco spirit.

Impressive by its size, but also by its two square towers that frame its entrance that match the ambitions of this Palace. Inside, woodwork, stucco, ironwork and marquetry are everywhere, also in the Art-Deco style. The lifts alone are worth the visit.

Today, like all the Palace-Hotels of Cimiez, the Majestic Palace Hotel has become a sought-after residence, with big apartments offering large spacious areas, some of them superbly preserved in the Belle Epoque spirit.
