His journey

Driven by a lifelong appreciation for beauty, travel, and the emotions they inspire, Valérie Morales initially built her career in the tourism industry. After several years working as both a tour guide and in the hospitality sector, she chose to broaden her expertise by returning to university. She earned a postgraduate degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management and Development (DESS GATH), further consolidating her knowledge and professional credentials in the field.

This naturally led her into the world of events, where she contributed to the organization of festivals, developing strong skills in coordination, project management, and human relations.

Her versatility and adaptability then opened the doors to major international companies such as IBM, Alcatel, and the Novenci Group, where she successively held executive assistant and sales positions. Yet her passion for creativity and artistic expression eventually brought her back to her earliest interests: art and literature. She went on to create a platform dedicated to promoting artists and selling artwork online, while reconnecting with her first passion—writing novels.

It was in real estate, however, that Valérie found her true calling. For more than twenty years, she has devoted her enthusiasm, sensitivity, and expertise to showcasing architectural heritage and exceptional properties, guiding clients with dedication as they bring their life projects to fruition. Her thoughtful, people-centered approach transforms every assignment into a meaningful encounter and every project into a unique journey.

More recently, she joined the Boulevard Group team, where she brings her experience, commitment, and strong service ethic to support both the company’s growth and the talents within it.
